Finance Department

The Finance Department is responsible for insuring the financial integrity of the City governments operations. The department provides prompt and cost effective administration of debt, maintains account records and prepares financial statements and other reports of the financial condition of the City including the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR), provides studies and recommendations on various subjects, provides financial administration of federal grants, audits and processes vendor payments, audits and processes employee payroll, and acts as liaison for the various City accounting divisions.
