The Department of Human Resources is responsible for providing staff support to the City Manager and operating departments through the administration of a comprehensive personnel management system. The Department's full-time staff members represent 3 major Divisions -- Administration; Recruitment, Testing, Selection, & Classification; and Employee Relations, Training, & Benefits.
